As the date fast approaches, Id like to lay out the specifics of the event

The loacatiom is the clubhouse of My friend's Airsoft Business, Inside the Facicities is a catering facility that we can have the normal ComboFest fayre of Bacon Sarnies in the morning , and burgers and chips or omletes or what ever as we can cater, Teas and Coffes willl be available , Cold drinks and the water will also be available
We have arrange a taster of the Airsoft experience in order for people to try
It will take the form Of a 4v4 Combat competition , Dean the owner of the site will provide the latest in Airsoft Weaponery ( MP5s and AK47) plus ammo at a discounted price of £20
Saturday Night we intend to Have an ARSE awards night and Bar B Que at the Campsite, so Bring Real Guitars!!!
The £10 admission fee is to cover the cost of an extra 2 toilets and a shower unit, WE IMPLORE YOU TO BRING YOUR OWN TENT AND EXPERIENCE THE WHOLE THING RATHER THAN JUST SIT AROUND PLAYING GAMES ALL THE TIME although that is still an option for you
Please bring your own plate and cultery then we can cut down catering costs

Equipment wise Here is the Technical Checklist

Games console ,
All cables connected with a lan event , Please bring your ethernet cable
Television , monitor
at least a 2 socket extension if you have one


We are thinking that as far as Alcohol is concerned we can't get any better deals than the current supermarket deals

There will be a couple of fridges available for , keeping beers cool
Sturdy boots and Camo gear for the Airsoft a must , saftey glasses , would also be an advantage but masks are provided
There is a table and chair system for some tables but we have enough tables and if you can bring our own garden chair or blow up chair or fold down chair
or just a bean bag , it would relieve a posssible short fall

Glad this went up was going to ask if theres an airsoft shop on site as need a new pair of glasses cant be doing with full face masks so will get me some glasses before come down.
